What I do

Ways to train with me

Four ways in, all built on the same approach. If you are not sure which fits, that is what the first call is for.

Choosing between them

Which one is actually right for you

Four ways in, and most people can rule out two of them in about a minute.

If you have never lifted, or you have lifted badly and want to stop guessing, start with one to one. Having somebody watch how you move is worth more in the first three months than at any point afterwards, because that is when habits are being set rather than corrected. It is also the most expensive per session, which is why plenty of people do a block of it and then move to something else.

If cost or the drive is the obstacle, online coaching does most of the same work. You lose the pair of eyes in the room and gain a plan you can run at six in the morning in your own garage. People who have trained before tend to do well on it immediately. Complete beginners usually do better with a few in-person sessions first, then a switch.

Small group sits between the two on cost and suits people who would rather not train alone. Nutrition coaching is not really an alternative to any of these; it runs alongside whichever one you pick, and it is the thing most people add second rather than first.

If none of that resolves it, that is genuinely what the first conversation is for. I would rather talk you out of the wrong one than sell you it.
